  • ·         Organisational information(Name of organisation, address, VAT/registration number, website phone number, founding date, social media links, basic information about the value, vision and mission of the organisation)

How do we collect your data?

  • ·         Your directly provide ISCA with most of the data we collect. Personal identification and organisational information is collected when you register online as an ISCA member and join our organisation.
  • ·         Analytical information is collected when you use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How do we use your data?

  • ·         ISCA collects your data so that we can:
  • -          Exchange information between our organisation members in a private members only space
  • -          Send you membership news, updates, information about events, capacity building courses invitations
  • -          Analytical purposes, to improve our website’s user experience and help us understand user behaviour.

Disclosure of personal information

  • ·         Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of ISCA without your consent.
  • ·         Your e-mail will not be shared with any partner companies and you will not receive marketing e-mails without your consent.
  • ·         Collected data is securely stored on the WildApricot service servers where isca32.wildapricot.org is hosted. Any data sent through the ISCA website is done through the SSL layer to prevent phishing and man-in-the-middle attacks on public internet access points.
  • ·         WildApricot collects your data only for the purpose of data storage as it pertains to our organisation’s needs and does not share it with any third-party applications.
  • ·         WildApricot is a part of the Personify Corporation, which is owned by Pamlico Capital.

Third-party applications

ISCA uses Google Analytics as a third-party application to collect data about our website usage and visitor behaviour. Tracked Google Analytics data is collected anonymously via your browser’s cookies and the WildApricot server hosting company. Personal and organisational information is not shared with Google Analytics.

Data protection rights

The right to access – You have the right to request ISCA for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that ISCA correct any information provided by you that you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request ISCA to complete information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that ISCA erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that ISCA restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that ISCA transfer the data that we have collected directly to you, under chertain conditions.
