The MOVING People- MOVING Europe Conference (23 November 2022)

The MOVING People–MOVING Europe Conference will gather engaged people promoting grassroots sport, recreational activities, and how they contribute to a healthy lifestyle, inclusion and integration. The third edition of the Conference will be organised by International Sport and Culture Association in Brussels on the 23 November 2022 with side events on 22 and 24 November (some side events are only for invited participants). 

In the last 3 years, we faced changes, caused by covid-19, in the life conditions and reality for most people and our sector across Europe. The consequences are measured in physical, social and mental health challenges for many age groups and economic constraints for many providers of recreational physical activity – be it civil society, private companies or public based entities. Therefore, this year's Conference is dedicated to a HealthyLifeStyle4All and dynamics in the sector and among ISCA members ,stakeholders and leaders. With the Conference and side events in Brussels, we would like to build capacities in ISCA member organisations and beyond to understand, plan and deliver health-enhancing physical activities for a range of different target groups and settings (with a starting point in non-governmental organisations). We will enhance networking, knowledge sharing and mutual inspiration for Integration of Refugees Throug Sport across Europe. And last, but not leas tbuild a network of different projects and partners, disseminate results/outcomes and discuss the future activities.
